Each year disaster in the form of fire, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes strikes thousands of Americans, leaving in its wake the loss of property and personnel possessions totaling millions of dollars, not to mention the traumatic impact on disaster victims.

  

While the Red Cross is chartered by the Federal Government, no government money is used for Red Cross services.  The  Red Cross responds to the total needs of these disaster victims through the generous donations of time and money from private citizens and corporations.

  

It is important to note that  Red Cross assistance is provided to people in need without charge.

 

The Collier County Chapter has been offering Quality services to our community since 1928.

 

We need your support to help keep our promise.

 

We need you as a volunteer, but equally as important we need your financial support now more than ever.

 

  

Here are a few other ways in which you can donate.

• A cash contribution
• The donation of appreciated securities
• An annual charitable contribution
• Remember the Red Cross in your will
• Establish a memorial for a loved one
• Provide a grant for a specific purpose
• A matching grants gift from your employer
• Donate professional skills
• Host a Red Cross fund raising party
